* Editor's Commentaries - #84 Massacre at VT...unspeakable grief over "lost, lost souls"?

What's the Question?  Stay 'tuned,' for the editor's answer.

.  On April 22, 2007 the Assistant Administrator of Virginia Tech University was interviewed on a national network television program, he has been the point man for the deplorable VaTech administration, and was introduced as having spoken repeatedly to the press on behalf of Virginia Tech during the week since a massacre was committed at the University by a student who at the very least should have been expelled some time ago.  The Assistant Administrator actually said one amazing thing during the interview; he stated that 'they were in unspeakable grief over the' "lost, lost souls."  The assistant administrator, a middle-aged man, an experienced communicator, a highly paid administrator of a major state university with a student body of 26,000, referred to all the students who had been murdered as "lost, lost souls."

Perhaps the reference to the people murdered at Virginia Tech as being "lost, lost souls" does not trouble you, does not upset you, does not strike you as utterly appalling, but it does me.  Lost souls in truth means the souls of those persons who at death face eternal condemnation due to having rejected God's provision of salvation bought with the suffering and shed blood of His sinless son, the Lamb of God slain from the foundation of the world, Jesus Christ, the only name given under heaven by which we may be saved.

I do not know what the spiritual state of the people murdered at Virginia Tech was, but I would certainly not conclude that all were unsaved and destined for eternal condemnation, as the murderer was and is.  I would conclude that those who insist on memorializing the murderer along with the murdered (as was forced at Columbine High School in Littleton, CO), are destined for eternal condemnation.  I would conclude that there is blood on the hands of many in the VaTech administration for enabling the murderer to commit these murders, and utterly failing to respond after the first murders were committed, and blood on the hands of many among the law enforcement forces who responded incompetently and fearfully for two and one-half hours from the time the first murders were committed to the time the mass murders were committed.

The Ivy League Universities (Harvard, Yale, Princeton...), the most prestigious universities in the USofA Today, long long ago ceased to be good, godly, righteous, virtuous, wise, noble institutions of higher learning; but Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, VA, is a land-grant state university in a rural southern area of a "southern" state, it is also a Division I major athletic power, and home to a significant ROTC presence (ala Texas A&M).  One might assume that such a university would not have strayed far from the foundations of this nation, but one would be naive in so imagining.

The truth is that while the Ivy League Universities and other top academic profile universities, e.g., MIT, University of Chicago, Stanford University, USC...have become platforms for indoctrinating, subverting, and corrupting, thus forming, multitudes of future movers and shakers, the same is true for the vast majority of Universities, Colleges, Private Prep Schools, High Schools, Junior High Schools (aka Middle Schools)....  So too, most Theological Seminaries and even Bible Schools have been subverted.  How do such things happen?  By accident?  By coincidence?  By dumb luck?  ????  No, by the skillful execution of a calculated plan, i.e., by conspiratorial execution of a carefully crafted master-plan conspiratorially concocted long long ago.  Foundational tenets of Rothschild's, Marx's, Hitler's...plans for world domination focused on the need to corrupt and subvert the youth via educational systems.  Corruption, subversion, perversion...lie at the heart of Satan's master-plan for world enslavement.  But of course, there is no such thing as conspiracy!

The same previously referenced administrator stated that we must see that this never happens again; where have I heard that before?  He also stated that VaTech is going to create a memorial 'that those who died would have liked.'  And of course we have also been told that "we will never forget them."

.  So where do we go from here?  What do we take away from this tragedy?  Just this; as the massacres at high schools and middle schools in previous years should have served as "wake-up calls" to this nation's fallen state, so too this massacre should serve as one more monstrous "wake-up call," for people to turn to the LORD while precious fleeting time remains.

But instead when you hear the term "wake-up call" used, it will be used as a call to enact so-called gun control legislation, a call to restrict firearms to the 'authorities,' a call to disarm the citizenry, a call to expand the 'mental health systems,' a call for an expanded police state; those are exactly the things we can expect to come forth from this tragedy.  Additionally, the expanded 'mental health systems' will be used as Hitler's, Stalin's, Mao's...were, i.e., to destroy the godly minority.

  Occasionally I think while standing up, walking, or even chewing gum, though I can't say I necessarily do my best thinking while exerting myself in these ways - Editor/Ed.

Boys are so silly, I prefer to do my deep thinking, reflection, ruminating, and meditation, while I am reclining at length in the tub, preferably with several servants to attend to my every whim and need.  [One must be careful to only think in moderation while soaking, though, lest one should turn into a prune!]  Umm, I wonder if those silly hunky stone-age boys are thinking about me?  If they think they can use me like I'm some worthless disposable thing, they've got another thing coming!

{No, bathing beauty.  If I had a lady like you to think about (but a little less "hard-bodied"), I wouldn't manage to think of anything else.  It is true, God does work in mysterious ways.}

Al's secret to his superior thinking - sitting down.

 Ah yes, now I see the resemblance between Albert Einstein and CBM's Editor, they are both hard-bodied hunks (almost as if chiseled out of stone) and undeniably dreamers.
